80% Minimum Guarantee — Standard Event Catering Policy
Host-paid packages are billed at a minimum of 80% of your booked headcount regardless of day-of attendance — so we always arrive fully stocked and staffed for your event. Students above your package limit are billed at $5.00 per student. Fundraiser events have no minimum — students pay individually.
